What Is Holiday Commander Box League?
Magic: The Gathering Holiday Commander Box League offers an exciting Sealed league-style Commander experience. Players buy a Magic: The Gathering—AVATAR Play Booster box, build a 60-card Commander deck from it, and play league matches over the course of the event.

Rules
After players open their Play Booster box, they construct a 60-card Commander deck from the contents. Buy-a-Box and Holiday Commander Box League promos may not be used in deck building.
